KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather & analyze business requirements across Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production & Supply Chain
• Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes & conduct Fit-Gap Analysis
• Lead ERP Implementation, Configuration, Testing & Enhancements
• Prepare BRD/FRD, SOPs, Process Flows & Functional Documentation
• Coordinate with Technical Teams for Customization, Integration & Issue Resolution
• Manage UAT, Data Migration, Validation & Go-Live
• Provide Post-Implementation Functional Support
• Conduct ERP Training & End-User Support




• Drive Process Automation & Continuous ERP Improvement

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 5–7 Years of ERP Functional Consulting / Implementation experience
• Robust understanding of ERP & Business Processes
• Hands-on experience in ERP Implementation, Testing & Support
• Excellent Analytical, Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
• FMCG / Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
