Role & responsibilities

- Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures as per departmental requirements.
- Ensure the fastest possible Turnaround Time (TAT) for every patient.
- Ensure reporting TAT is maintained within 2 hours.
- Prepare patients for tests and explain the procedure briefly.
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of tests and procedures as per Suraksha standards.
- Ensure readiness, housekeeping and proper maintenance of the department.
- Receive and maintain departmental inventory through the system.
- Strictly adhere to departmental SOPs and quality standards.
- Handle emergency situations appropriately.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, functional heads and other internal departments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Solid subject knowledge and technical competency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, responsible and meticulous in work.
- Patient-friendly and service-oriented approach.
