Job Description: Credit Card Sales Executive / Officer (PAN India)

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

- Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers through field visits, telecalling, open market sourcing, mall activities, and corporate visits. [in.linkedin.com], [in.prosple.com]
- Generate new customer leads via cold calls, walkins, referrals, and DSA/channel partner networks. [in.linkedin.com]
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. [in.linkedin.com]

2. Product Pitching & Customer Engagement

- Explain credit card features, benefits, rewards, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers. [in.linkedin.com]
- Assist customers with application filling—digital or physical—and ensure all mandatory KYC & documents are collected. [in.prosple.com]
- Provide proper support throughout the application process including eligibility checks and card selection. [in.prosple.com]

3. Documentation & Process Coordination





- Ensure applications are complete as per policy guidelines and submit them to processing teams on time. [in.prosple.com]
- Follow up on FTNR (File To Not Respond) cases for timely resolution. [in.prosple.com]
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. [in.linkedin.com]

4. Activation & PostSales Support

- Ensure activation of cards sold by educating customers about spend offers and usage advantages. [in.prosple.com]
- Provide assistance for any cardrelated issues raised through branches or channels. [in.prosple.com]
- Drive crosssell of liabilities, personal loans, and other bank products to eligible credit card customers. [in.prosple.com]

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills

- Knowledge of credit card products, rewards, merchant offers, and eligibility norms.
- Familiarity with sales processes—inside sales, field sales, telesales, retail or B2C. [naukri.com]
- Basic understanding of KYC and banking documentation requirements
