- Handle inbound customer queries regarding internet issues, troubleshooting and related network issues.
- Resolve customer queries over inbound calls.
- Interact with customers to resolve networking, troubleshooting and related issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate
- Min. 1yr experience in the International Voice from International BPO is mandatory!!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation not mandatory.
- Adaptable working in rotational shifts/ week-off.
