Role & responsibilities

- Lead customer, process, product and supplier quality activities.
- Handle CNH customer requirements, complaints, audits and corrective actions.
- Manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and 8D documentation.
- Ensure quality of press components, fabricated parts, MIG/MAG-welded assemblies and surface-treated components.
- Control internal rejection, rework, customer PPM and Cost of Poor Quality.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Ensure fixture validation, dimensional inspection, gauge calibration and process compliance.
- Conduct product, process, system and layered process audits.
- Develop the quality team and drive a zero-defect culture across the plant.

Preferred candidate profile





- Minimum 15 years of quality experience in a sheet-metal manufacturing company.
- At least five years in a plant-level quality leadership position.
- Robust experience in automotive, tractor or construction-equipment components.
- Hands-on knowledge of welding quality, fixtures, engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Thorough knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive Core Tools.
- Experience handling OEM customers; exposure to CNH will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
