About the Role
Multicorz Healthcare is looking for a B2B US Healthcare Sales professional to drive client acquisition for our Revenue Cycle
Management (RCM) and Medical Billing services. The ideal candidate should independently manage the complete sales
cyclefrom cold calling and lead generation to meetings, follow-ups, negotiation and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
Identify and connect with US healthcare practices, physicians, medical groups and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting Lead Generation Discovery Presentation Follow-up Negotiation
Closure.
¢ Understand client RCM/medical billing challenges and present suitable Multicorz Healthcare solutions.
¢ Schedule and conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with potential US clients.
¢ Handle objections,



negotiate effectively and convert prospects into paying clients.
¢ Maintain an accurate CRM/sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly lead, meeting, conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements
¢ 25 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
¢ Experience in US Healthcare, RCM, Medical Billing, Healthcare BPO or related services preferred.
¢ Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition and deal closure.
¢ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
¢ Strong negotiation, presentation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
¢ Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a US-shift environment.
