Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, requirements, and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues within the defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, and policies.
- Maintain a qualified and courteous communication style while interacting with customers.
