Role Overview:-

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified finance professional to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for financial management, compliance, reporting, audits, taxation, and team leadership, with strong exposure to manufacturing industry practices.

Key Responsibilities :- Financial Management & Reporting • Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L;, and cash flow statements • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing • Ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards • Handling project accounting and cost monitoring .

Audit & Compliance • Managing Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit processes • Coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely closure of audit observations • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies.

Taxation & GST • Overseeing GST compliance, returns, reconciliations, and assessments • Handling direct and indirect tax matters • Managing tax planning and statutory tax compliance.





Costing & Inventory • Monitoring cost accounting and cost control systems • Inventory valuation and stock reconciliation • Working closely with production and stores teams in a manufacturing setup.

Reconciliation & Controls • Performing financial and tax reconciliations • Implementing internal financial controls and process improvements .

Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory post qualification experience • Minimum 510 years of experience in a manufacturing industry • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance .
