2. Good Understanding around System Conversion/Upgrade
3. Good Understanding on Module Pool
4. Fair knowledge on ABAP OOPS, Enhancements and Forms
5. Know how about Coding standards, Best practices and performance tuning.
6. Valuable analytical and debugging skills.
7. Should be able to understand Functional Requirement
8. Should able to prepare Technical design & specification independently.
