About the Role

SysMind is seeking a US Vendor Management Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in US IT Staffing to manage vendor relationships, onboarding, compliance, and performance. The role requires close coordination with staffing partners, recruiters, and internal teams to ensure quality submissions and seamless vendor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding and engagement of staffing vendors and implementation partners.
- Review and maintain vendor compliance documents including MSA, PO, COI, W-9, NDA, and vendor registration forms.
- Distribute client requirements to vendors and track candidate submissions.
- Monitor vendor performance through submission quality, turnaround time, interview ratios, and placements.
- Resolve duplicate submissions, compliance issues, and vendor escalations.
- Maintain vendor trackers, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams to meet hiring goals.





Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Staffing Vendor Management or Recruitment Operations.
- Strong knowledge of MSA, PO, COI, W-9, Vendor Onboarding, and Compliance processes.
- Experience working with staffing vendors and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with ATS/VMS tools and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management.
