Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Expert with minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment, along with a valuable understanding of market-based compensation and salary benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with respective HODs.
- Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Conduct salary discussions and recommend compensation based on market standards, candidate experience,



and role requirements.
- Stay updated on market salary trends and talent availability.
- Ensure smooth candidate coordination from sourcing to joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, WorkIndia, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of salary benchmarking and market compensation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
