JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To maintain record of all latest Notifications/Circulars/TGMs/ Office Memorandums issued by the central as well as states authorities regarding Environmental Clearance.
- Maintain record of the composition of the EACs, SEACs and SEIAAs
- Record for Environmental Clearance letters, CTE, CTO and other permissions
- Record of Public Hearing Notices and its proceedings, Video and Photographs.
- Daily tracking websites of MoEF&CC; (Parivesh portal) and SEACs/ SEIAAs to maintain record of Meetings Agenda and MoMs
- Follow-ups and status from the regional co-coordinators for all given tasks and ensure that all tasks are done well in time.




- Record of Acknowledgement copy for submissions of all kind of documents, Agenda, MoMs and Query letters
- Liasioning for various functions like public hearings, conferences, meeting with government officials
- Circulation of the technical documents to the Committees/ Authorities as required by the EACs/ SEACs/ SEIAAs
- Provide assistance to the Technical Department by arranging Toposheets, reference materials and other relevant information from the Govt. Dept.
- Expedition of files in various Govt. offices for completion of the required documents and the award of the requisite Clearances
- Daily reporting of follow-ups status
- Any other tasks/ assignments given by the department head.
