ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Central Head you will carry operational command of the practice’s central functions — enabling higher activation and execution across teams, with responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual achievements. Operational excellence is the standard: execution more consistent and reliable than the competition, evidenced by results.

People leadership is the core duty: carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and administering discipline where required, organising and chairing meetings with your staff, and overseeing the recruitment of new people including their early training.

You will respond to customer enquiries and complaints that escalate to the top, manage elements of the practice’s public representation, and coordinate the social and administrative surfaces that keep the hub legible. Administration and business-development support both report into this seat.
