Job Purpose

The Technical Manager (TM) isresponsible for managingthe technical collateral evaluation process at branch and regional levels, ensuring timely propertyvaluations, APF/CF approvals, vendor management, and TAT adherence .The role focuses on riskmitigation, query reduction, and operational excellence ,while supporting Zonal Technical Managers in portfolio qualitymanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Execution

- Conduct and review APF, Non-APF, and CF property cases within delegated authority.

- Ensure site visits, valuations, documentation, and recommendations are complete and accurate.

- Flag high-risk or red-category cases to RTM / ZTM for review.

1. TAT Quality Compliance

- Monitor TAT adherence for branch submissions and vendor reports.

- Track First-Time-Right (FTR) performance , identify rework areas, and implement corrective measures.

- Support query resolution and query reduction initiatives .

1. Vendor Management





- Coordinate with vendors for valuations and technical reports .

- Track vendor performance, cost, and quality , escalating issues to RTM / ZTM.

- Support vendor onboarding, training, and periodic review .

1. Branch Business Support

- Support branches in APF/CF generation within approved limits .

- Visit properties exceeding threshold amounts (e.g., >1 Cr.) and support high-value case assessments .

- Provide feedback to RTM/ZTM on branch-level risk trends, exceptions, and performance gaps.
