Role & responsibilities

- Support day-to-day US compensation and rewards operations.
- Analyse employee compensation data, including base salary, incentives, bonuses, job levels, and compensation ranges.
- Perform salary benchmarking and market data analysis using compensation survey information.
- Assist with annual compensation review, merit increase, bonus, and other compensation cycles.
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple HR/compensation data sources.
- Identify compensation data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Support preparation and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, ranges, and compensation-related databases.




- Conduct basic pay equity and compensation analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
- Respond to compensation-related queries from HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain process documentation, trackers, SOPs, and audit records.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee compensation information.
- Support ad-hoc compensation analytics and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation, standardization, and better reporting.
