Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer complaints & service requests on-site
- Diagnose and resolve EV technical issues
- Coordinate with customer for timely resolution
- Maintain service records and update reports regularly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:-
- Experience in EV / Automobile service (preferred)
- Robust technical & troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills (local language + Hindi/English)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
