About the Role

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Intern who will help us identify potential business clients and generate new opportunities for our HR services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential companies and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research.
- Connect with HR Heads, Business Owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce Right Hunt's Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Compliance and HR Retainer Services.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the lead pipeline.
- Update daily calling and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate with the team to convert qualified leads into clients.

Who We Are Looking For

- Fresher / student pursuing BBA, BMS, B.Com,



MBA or a related course.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident speaking on phone.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email and MS Excel.
- Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Sales/BD experience is not mandatory.

Stipend

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance Incentives
