Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: Freshers are welcome
What you’ll do:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day TA activities
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
What we’re looking for:
- Positive communication skills
- Strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good sourcing and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
