Roles & Responsibilities;

CNC MAINTENANCE IN MACHINE SHOP - BOTH ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL

1. Knowledge in HMC, VMC, VTL, CNC, Conventional Machines

2. Knowledge in Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens controllers

3. Knowledge in Drives, servo motors

4. To be able to troubleshoot Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, related issues.

5. Able to read all the drawings

6. Knowledge in Ball screw replacement, balls replacement , spindle replacement ATC, Magazine, Bearing replacement, All geometrical alignment.

7. Knowledge in Conventional like ID, OD, Honing machines.

8. Knowledge in Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance, Time based maintenance.

9. Should handle the breakdown individually.

10. Age limit 25 to 35

11. Need to work in field

12. Sould be a positive team player

13. Basic knowledge in power house, Generator, compressor

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
