Our reputed Client is hiring for the Finance Manager/ Finance- Head role:

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: WFO

Notice Period: 0 - 30 days

Edu- CA or MBA- Finance with CFA or CPA

Role Mission:

Own the full finance, accounting, statutory compliance and risk function. This is the senior-most finance role in the structure (no CFO above). You will also line-manage the Legal Associate and operate the grant accounting / disbursement function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual budgeting, mid-year reforecast, and 3-year capital planning

Own monthly close (by Day 7) and MIS deck (by Day 10) - P&L; vs budget, cash, grant utilization

Own Grant Accounting and maintain Grant Register for all approved grants and tranche disbursements

Manage all statutory compliance: Section 8/Trust Audit, GST, TDS, PT, EPF, ESI, FCRA, MCA, RBI

Interface with PSU sponsors, MoPNG audit teams, and AIF for treasury / expense allocation





Set up internal controls, procurement approval matrix, vendor KYC, and banking operations

Anchor quarterly Audit Committee and lead annual external audit

Set up finance systems - Zoho Books / Tally Prime, expense management, banking

Qualifications:

CA preferred; MBA-Finance with CFA/CPA also considered

7-10 years in finance/compliance for a Foundation, NGO, Section 8, AIF, or PSU finance function

Must have hands-on experience in Grant Accounting, FCRA, and Section 8/Trust statutory cycle

Experience in handling Audit Committee and working with PSU/Govt audit teams

Experience as senior-most finance person in an institution is preferred
