Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on SAP Basis administration, including upgrades, kernel upgrades, and system monitoring.

- Manage user administration tasks such as creating recent users, assigning roles, and performing password resets.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other applications through effective communication with clients.

- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP HANA DB performance tuning and provide solutions to optimize system efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-9 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or equivalent role.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).

- Strong understanding of SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA DB management, SAP NetWeaver implementation, Kernel Upgrade processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
