Job Title: Executive - Soft Services (Facility Management)

Qualification: Graduate / Hotel Management preferred

Reports To: Facility ManagerRole Summary:

Responsible for managing and monitoring all soft services at the client site to ensure high service standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping Management: Supervise housekeeping staff, manage rosters, daily briefing, grooming checks and ensure cleaning as per SOP and checklistPantry & Cafeteria: Manage pantry operations, consumables stock, vendor coordination, and hygiene standardsFront Office & Mailroom: Oversee reception, visitor management, meeting room managementVendor Management: Coordinate with manpower, pest control, horticulture, laundry vendors.



Track SLAs and service qualityClient Coordination: Daily client interaction, handle complaints, close tickets on time, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reportsCompliance & Audits: Ensure statutory compliance, EHS, and participate in internal and client auditsInventory & Cost Control: Manage consumables, assets, and control operational costsTeam Management: Training, performance monitoring and attrition control of soft services teamRequired Skills:Technical: Knowledge of FM soft services SOPs, CAFM tools, MS Excel, reportingSoft Skills: Excellent communication, client handling, people management, problem solvingOther: Presentable, proactive, versatile for shifts and weekendsPreferred: Candidates with IFM company experience like Sodexo, ISS, JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield.
