We are seeking experienced AR Caller with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

Role & responsibilities

- Job Title: AR Caller
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Location: Avadi(Work From Office)
- Joining: Immediate
- Shift: Night Shift
- Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities

- Core Role: Handles complex escalations, secondary denials, and trend identification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle escalated reimbursement issues, underpayments, and difficult secondary denials.
- Perform pre-call analysis and root-cause analysis (RCA) on recurring claim rejections.
- Coordinate with team leads or client managers to resolve systemic billing errors.
- Train or mentor junior on payer guidelines and calling etiquettes.





Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant revenue cycle management experience.
- Solid working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes.

Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
