Role & responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates for US staffing requirements through job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates to open positions.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Update candidate information and recruitment activities in internal systems.
- Work closely with senior recruiters/team members to understand US staffing processes.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Learn and follow US recruitment practices, processes, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers / 02 year of experience are welcome.
- Candidates from any educational or qualified background with strong communication skills can apply.
- We are open to candidates looking to transition their career into US Staffing / Recruitment.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, sourcing, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn US staffing processes and recruitment practices.
- Comfortable working in a US shift / night shift environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
