- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance overall project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives through structured methodologies and frameworks.
