Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide expertise on SAP SD modules such as sales order processing, customer master data management, revenue recognition, ATP, credit management, and sales returns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

- Participate in project planning, execution, testing, deployment, maintenance activities related to SAP SD projects.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, industry standards during all phases of the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-9 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SD module (Sales & Distribution).

- Bachelor's degree in B.C.A. or B.Com from a recognized university.

- Solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA SD; knowledge of other ERP systems an added advantage.
