Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Basis administration.

- Perform kernel upgrades, system refreshes, and user administration tasks on SAP HANA and NetWeaver platforms.

- Conduct regular monitoring of SAP systems using tools like System Monitoring (SMON) to ensure optimal performance and availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting business operations.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by clients through effective communication and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).

- Solid expertise in SAP Basis administration, Kernel Upgrade, User Administration, Client copy creation/management, SMON monitoring tool usage.
