Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance tuning, kernel upgrades, and user administration.

- Perform system refreshes on SAP HANA and NetWeaver platforms to ensure optimal system performance.

- Conduct client copies of production data for backup purposes and perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting business operations.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by clients or internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration (HANA & NW) with expertise in Performance Tuning, Kernel Upgrade, User Administration, System Refresh, Client Copy, Production Support.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A. / B.Com).

- Robust understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Administration concepts.
