Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, availability, and security.

- Perform kernel upgrades, user administration tasks such as profile creation and password resets, and system refreshes as needed.

- Monitor system logs using tools like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) to identify potential issues before they impact production operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems that require coordination across multiple systems.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents through effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration on HANA platform.

- Robust understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture and its components (e.g., EWA, OData).

- Proficiency in performing kernel upgrades, user administration tasks, system refreshes, and monitoring using various tools like ALM.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A. or B.Com preferred).
