Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Basis administration.

- Perform kernel upgrades, system refreshes, and user administration tasks on SAP NetWeaver platforms.

- Offer technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA administration and provide support during system monitoring and maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems affecting production operations.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by users through effective communication and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting or equivalent role.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of SAP Basis administration, Kernel Upgrade, System Refresh, User Administration, Production Support concepts.

- Experience working with SAP NetWeaver platform; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA administration an added advantage.
