- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submittals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Review contractor/vendor performance and coordinate resolution of site issues.
