Job Overview

We are looking for sales-oriented candidates with experience in Mortgage / Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The candidate will be responsible for direct business sourcing, customer acquisition, and managing DSA/connector relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through direct sourcing and open-market sales.
- Handle Mortgage / LAP products and acquire new customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage leads from sourcing to loan disbursement.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any stream.
- Currently working in Mortgage / LAP product line preferred.
- Strong direct business sourcing experience.
- Experience in DSA and connector sourcing.
- Sales-oriented with positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Stable employment track record.
- CIBIL Score: 700+.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30–32 years.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.

Ticket Size: 15 Lakh – 1 Crore
Average Ticket Size: 25–35 Lakh
