- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals.
- Process customer orders, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or telesales industry.
- Robust English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on domestic calling platforms.
