- Experience programing in cobol400RPGRPGLE in the iSeries setting on the AS400 platform
- Experience in programming IBM i Control Language CL
- Programming in SQL
- Working knowledge of Linux or other Unix systems
- Ability to start a project from scratch and see it through completion
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Ability to lead or mentor other developers
