Job Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation,

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
