- Solid Experience sales of PLC, Automation, Wireless products etc
- Sound knowledge of Industry in Rajasthan region
- Sales experience in Cement plant belts of Rajasthan is preferred
- Ready to travel within region and all over India
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and local language
- Problem-solving skills
- To assist Manager in planning & implementing strategy for business expansion
- Understanding of organizational goals and work accordingly to achieve the goals
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Assist the Sales Teamin planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
