Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide relevant product information to increase sales.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or related field (BPO/call center).
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal) with ability to communicate effectively over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
