- Responsible for selling NBHI health insurance policies directly to customers
- Assessing client needs, explaining policy options, and helping clients choose the best coverage.
- Client retention, generating current leads via reference and from open market, and closing sales on site or calls
- Requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of healthcare policies and regulations, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Direct sales experience within BFSI, cross selling or upselling exp into health insurance
- Direct sales experience within BFSI, Lead generation from open market, field Visit
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales in BFSI
