Glica Decor, a plywood and laminate business at Chittaranjan Avenue, is looking for a full-time Accountant to handle the day-to-day books of our Kolkata operation.

Work:

Daily billing, purchase, sales and payment entries in Tally

Journal entries and banking entries

Bank and party ledger reconciliation

Outstanding follow-up and debtor/creditor reports

GST returns - GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, monthly

Coordinating with our CA at return and audit time

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience

Hands-on working knowledge of Tally, with quick and accurate billing

Good written English - customer and party names must be typed correctly

Comfortable typing on a computer at a reasonable speed

B.Com preferred. GST filing experience is a plus, not compulsory

Working hours: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Location: 40B Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata 700012, beside Yugayug Bhawan
