Key Responsibilities

- Promote GAIIRS online courses, certifications, and internship programs.
- Connect with students, working professionals, and other prospective learners.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant programs.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing learners.
- Meet agreed sales and conversion objectives.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Represent GAIIRS professionally while communicating with prospects.

- Candidates with experience in education sales, inside sales, telecalling, counselling, or business development.
- Individuals who are confident communicating with people online and over the phone.
