We are looking for a presentable and responsible Floor Coordinator to join our Skin & Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations with excellent client handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients politely and ensure a welcoming clinic experience
- Manage client appointments, scheduling, and walk-ins
- Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and clients
- Explain basic skin treatments and procedures to clients
- Handle billing, follow-ups, and client records
- Ensure the clinic floor is well-organized and professional at all times
- Handle client queries, feedback, and after-procedure follow-ups
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and workflow on the clinic floor





Requirements:

- Positive communication skills (Telugu & English preferred)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of skin/laser/aesthetic treatments is an advantage
- Experience in skin clinic, hospital, or front office is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Working Hours: As per clinic schedule
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
