The role involves a combination of technical sales, customer support, installation, servicing. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively across India to visit customers and provide technical and service support. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Technician with a Technical Engineering background and knowledge of the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Promote and support the sales of semiconductor-related equipment and products.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service support for equipment, as required.




- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requirements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Travel across PAN India for customer visits, installations, servicing, and business requirements.
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge and product information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
