Senior Sales Executive

Enlight Metals is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can drive business growth through effective customer acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end sales management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Negotiate prices, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Identify current market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update customer information.
- Achieve individual and organizational sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Candidates with B2B sales/business development experience will be preferred.
