Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, availability, and security.

- Perform kernel upgrades on HANA systems and perform backup and recovery processes as needed.

- Manage user administration tasks such as creating new users, assigning permissions, and updating profiles.

- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks by meeting deadlines and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration (HANA) with expertise in Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrade, TMS (Time Management System), User Administration.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A. or B.B.A./B.M.S.).

- Robust understanding of SAP System Monitoring tools like ST01/ST02/SMON/SOA/Oracle Enterprise Manager OEM).

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
