Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with customers.
- Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling products/services to existing clients or identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Robust voice processing abilities for effective interaction over the phone.
