Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Planning, Consolidation, Data Management, Reconciliation, and ETL processes, along with the ability to support Finance teams and enterprise reporting requirements.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of total experience and relevant with EPM.
- Strong / Expert-level EPM Functional Experience
- Hands-on experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
- Experience in EPM Consolidation (EPMCS)
- Experience with Data Management and FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition)
- Experience in EPM Reconciliation
- Strong EPM Technical Experience




- Experience working with Oracle Finance modules
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes (Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading)
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications
- Work on Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
- Support EPM Consolidation (EPMCS) and financial close processes
- Manage Data Management and FDMEE integrations
- Handle EPM Reconciliation activities
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Integrate Oracle EPM with Oracle Finance modules
- Support finance stakeholders as a Finance Lead
