Role & responsibilities
- Manage GCP storage services (Filestore & GCNV).
- Troubleshoot cloud, storage, and networking issues.
- Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure resources.
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Support 24x7 operations and resolve customer issues end-to-end.
- Optimize storage performance, security, and availability.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality technical support.
