This role is all about hiring annotators, AI trainers, reviewers, moderators, and large project-based workforces quickly and efficiently. If youve worked in AI Ops, annotation hiring, crowd workforce hiring, or language programs before you will feel right at home.

What Youll Be Owning
High-Volume & Project Hiring
Handle high-volume hiring for AI data and annotation projects
Build scalable pipelines for fliexible and project-based hiring needs
Assessment & Workforce Coordination
Coordinate assessments, calibration rounds, and quality-driven hiring
Partner with operations teams, vendors, and stakeholders for workforce planning
Hiring Operations & Reporting
Manage recruiter dashboards, productivity metrics, and hiring SLAs
Drive quick onboarding and support rapid project ramp-ups
AI-Driven Sourcing & Hiring Tools
Use ATS platforms, AI sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GenAI tools
Leverage automation and AI-driven strategies for smarter and faster hiring
