Windows OS Image Design, Creation, Deployment & Testing
Golden Image creation for Windows & Linux
HCL BigFix – In-depth expertise is mandatory
Windows Server & Client OS image creation
PowerShell, Chocolatey & Boxstarter
Windows DSC (Desired State Configuration)
WSUS & Nexus
Developing scripts/packages for deployment through BigFix
Microsoft Edge & Google Chrome administration/configuration
Microsoft Intune & Defender
Microsoft ARC & ESU deployment
WinZip installation packages & configuration

Additional Skills





ServiceNow communication & change management
SOX, PCI & CRAF audit documentation
Tanium reporting
Power BI dashboard creation
Project management skills
Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
Willingness to participate in off-hour/on-call support rotation

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or related field, or equivalent experience.
