Role & responsibilities :

* Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious or fraudulent activities.

* Identify irregularities related to medicine handling, billing, inventory movement, and store operations.

* Monitor compliance with company policies using surveillance and internal monitoring systems.

* Prepare detailed reports with supporting evidence and escalate incidents to the concerned teams.

* Coordinate with relevant departments to support investigations and corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile :

* Good observation and analytical skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

* Strong documentation and reporting skills.

* Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

* Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.

* Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
